Vin goes on to talk about his initial meeting at Marvel where the original plan was to do a film to launch Marvels Phase 3, which we believe is still a few years away. However after visiting Comic con it became apparent his fans wanted something much more immediate, with that, Vin almost all but confirms he will be doing the voice and motion capture for Groot.
Will Vin Diesel still get to play another Marvel character? would the fans be happy for him to play more than one character? I think with Groot being so obscure and the fact that it is all CG I for one would support Vin doing another higher profile role
