Marvel regain rights to Star Wars comics

Disney and Lucasfilm have announced that Marvel Entertainment will be publishing Star Wars comics
for the foreseeable future, which was fairly inevitable after Disney purchased Lucasfilm in 2012 from George Lucas for over $4 billion.

Starting in 2015 Marvel will have exclusive rights to both create and publish Star Wars comics and graphic novels, which they had before handing over the reigns to Dark Horse comics who have been publishing Star Wars comics for the last 20 years. Marvel Comics published the first Star Wars comic book, STAR WARS #1, in March 1977, which went on to sell more than 1 million copies.

We are still unsure if Marvel are going to keep the same writers and current story lines, or if they are going to start everything from scratch. We know Marvel like making those 1st issues, but this could upset a lot of fans if story's are just cut short.

What are your thoughts on this, Do you like the fact Marvel have the rights to Star Wars again, or do you think Dark Horse comics were doing a good job and should of been left to carry it on?
